Initial Consultation Call
Personalized Approach: We start with a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call to discuss your goals, assess your fitness level, and address any questions you may have.
The First Session - Assessment & Painting The Picture
The Assessment: All of our clients go through a mandatory health assessment & movement screen. Depending on your goals, and/or preference, we also complete physical conditioning assessments. This information tells us where you’re currently at & how long it will take to achieve your desired goals.
The Session: The initial session will be specific to you, but we go through several important foundational movements that are not only excellent for you in the gym but also have direct carry-over to your daily quality of life.
The Bigger Picture: By the end of this session you & your coach will have created a short & long-term plan that is agreed between you both & with complete clarity on the steps needing to be taken in order to achieve it.
Tailored Programming/BoxPerform Pack
Programming: Within 72 hours your coach will send you your programming & our BoxPerform Pack which has several PDF’s that will help support you along your journey. This includes our Nutritional Guide, Conditioning Guide & more.
App OR Document: You have a choice whether you want to receive your programming via our app which syncs with MyFitnessPal & various other fitness apps or whether you want an excel/word document. The choice is yours, the price is the same!
Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support
Weekly Guidance: We have our weekly check-ins every Wednesday. Your coach will message you before 3pm on Wednesday with the check-in & we ask that you get a response to us within 48 hours. These are over Whatsapp. You can message your coach at any point during the week via whatsapp or email, but we ask that you give your coach 24 hours to respond. This is rare, as our coaches often respond within minutes, but in case of an emergency that is the protocol.
Access To Our In-House App
All In One Place: Once signing up with a coach, you will be sent a request to join our in-house app. It will have everything you need in one place to be fully equipped to achieve your goals. Your workout programming, nutrition tracking, assessment results, communication area and progress tracking all in one place - on your phone!

Indoor (Gym-Based) or At-Home: Choose a convenient setting for your training sessions, whether it's at one of our indoor private facilities, or within the comfort of your own home.

FAQs
How do the gym-based sessions work?
Our gym based sessions are in various private facilities around London. These sessions have to be booked 48 hours in advance. The facility is completely yours and your coaches for the hour. The facilities are fully equipped with state of the art equipment. Due to the booking requirements there are no refunds on gym based session bookings.
Do you have somewhere I can see my training programme and track my nutrition?
Yes! We have our app that you will be able to access upon signing up that has all your workout plans, a nutrition area to keep track and a place to track you results as we work with you on your journey!
I’m only just starting my fitness journey and im nervous, is this suitable?
100%! Our head coach Dean is a fully qualified physical therapist and personal trainer and has been in the industry for a decade working with individuals with varying fitness levels and health concerns/ Therefore, we are fully confident in building your fitness levels slowly at a pace that is right for you whilst hitting your goals! As part of our assessments we check your blood pressure and do various other health checks, if these flag up we may have to send you to the GP to get the green light before training with us, although this is rare.

You can book a call Monday-Sunday from 7am-9pm depending on availabillty. You can book a call here.
If I have questions outside of our training time, can I contact someone?
Of course! We have a weekly check-in every Wednesday regardless, however, if you do have questions throughout the week feel free to message your coach and you will get a response between the hours of 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday.
